胸襟只大小，往往决定境界之高低，小至一个人、一个企业，大至一个民族、一个国家。任何一个企业，都处于瞬息万变的社会之中，处于五彩缤纷世界之中，这便要企业保持开放理念，倾听不同声音，敢于走出去，看不同的世界，敢于请进来，纳不同的思想。企业要敞开胸怀，只有秉持有容乃大的心态看待世间万象，方能兼容并蓄，扬长避短。
